Yesterday, we took the kids to see Santa at Bass Pro Shop. I can't say enough good things about the place. The line wsa short because they give you a time to reoport back to Santa, and in the mean time there are plenty of activities to occupy the kids. There was a neat train to watch, coloring stations, Lincoln Log stations, remote control car stations, and a craft table. Caleb was able to decorate a HUGE gingerbrread man cookie for free. The place was also very cutely decorated, and Santa was very nice. And best of all, a free photo printed off on the spot! We will go back there from now on, it was a million times better than any mall!
Caleb sat very well on Santa's lap and told him that he wanted Play-Doh and Dinosaurs for Christmas. He was very sweet, especially when he got his free candy cane. Emmaline started to cry instantly as I knew she would. Thank goodness we opted to have there photos taken seperately!
