Caleb and I made a gingerbread choo-choo the other day. I was a little worried that the kit pieces would be crumbled, but it was all in tact and was easy to assemble. I let Caleb help frost and decorate the train with the candy pieces, and he really loved the project. The hard part now is to keep him from climbing up and picking off pieces to eat. Yuck- it all has to be stale. I think we'll do this every year.
