Caleb's imagination has really taken off! The stuff he says really puts a smile on my face, even if I have lost every last ounce of patience with him. He is a very strong-willed child (stubborn) and very inquisitive. And slightly destructive. That's not to say he is bad, the problem mostly is that sometimes he is a little too smart for his own good. He knows just how to push my buttons. But he also knows how to smooth things over with me too, for instance, the other night he refused to eat his baked chicken (he is also a picky eater), he said "no momma- Caybay (Caleb)wants to eat little green men", and then popped some of his peas in his mouth. Then later that night he was out in the yard with me after dark (I had to drag the trash cans to the curb and since he was awake, he "helped") he said, "momma- look Caybay jump to the moon and then Caybay jump on the house". He then did a flip and a jump. Very well I might add, the few sessions of gymnastics he took showed :)
Most days I can't wait to hear what silly things he will dream up and share with me!
