Playdate at the Park

Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday to Thursday, Josh is pretty busy working and coming and going from a hospital to campus, to another hospital, ect. I am therefore outnumbered and out of my mind in some occasions. Today we met some friends at the park to break up the monotony. (Josh is almost done with his degree, Josh is almost done, repeat with me...)

There is this little door play area on the playscape that all the kids no matter which day and who is there pretend is an ice cream stand. The last picture is of Caleb giving me a vanilla cone. :) The kids also played with bubbles, which Caleb loves. And digging in dirt, which you can see in the photograph. Yes, the dirt mixed with bubble soap made for a very messy toddler. And although I can't put Emmaline on the ground yet as she is a human garbage disposal and will try to eat anything in her path, I did get some cute pics of her on a park bench.

Today she is officially 10 months old! And to mark the occasion, she let go of the couch while cruising and wobbled on her own two feet for a couple of seconds! I am not encouraging this. :) She also barked back at the dog which cracked me up. Ivan barked and Emmie made a growling "Rumf" sound in response each time.

My kids crack me up!
